You guys watching the London Derby? The quality of football is shockingly bad. Apart from that worldie Lamela goal of course.

Ndombele is a terrible terrible footballer.

Yeah it was shit. Son got injured because there's nowt for him to do when Jose parks the bus but stand around and wait for the first hoof. When that came, he set off on his first sprint after 20 mins and his hamstring went.

It really is wild how Jose's teams only try and score a goal for the last 15 mins when they're losing. He's thrown senior players under the bus in his post match too, under the bus he parked.

Chelsea into the CL quarter finals. They beat Atletico 3-0 in aggregate. That's quite impressive, they're a difficult side to score against. Early days, but Tuchel looks like he knows what he's doing there.

I found this a good read on Atletico

https://www.theguardian.com/football/20 ... dApp_Other

I didn't know this but Someone is trying to change Atleti's famous defensive football and get em playing more attacking stuff. And it's working in the league. But he reverted to type in the CL.

They didn’t play badly. It was just that Tuchel’s new Chelsea played super football. Pencil them in as serious contenders for next year’s PL title.

Yeah, good for him. The way he’s playing, he could have helped us out the last couple of months!

Id sooner have lingard in the team than dan James, who has somehow become a regular in our starting 11 over the past 6 weeks.

Just saw Southgate on lingard after last night.
"It is lovely to see a young man who has had a difficult time, playing football again with a smile on his face and playing at a really high level"

Jesse still living of that eternal youth card. Just wait till he hits his prime, still years off.
