Don't know where to put this so I'll stick it in here
Football in England to introduce new rules on heading this summer https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2021/ ... his-summer
I reckon they're gonna phase out heading entirely in the next 5 years. One wonders what Allardyce, Pulis and Jose will do by then.
Other Teams' Stuff
He does have a baby face and a slight build. And he seems to act immaturely. But yeah, it’s become a running gag that he’s always spoken of as a prospect.
He’s doing well at West Ham though. He might just be one of those players that needs more of the ball to show what he is capable off. Some players can shine as the star in a lesser team but struggle to show their quality playing a supporting role like he did at United.
That said, with the club be skint and a bit toothless, if he keeps playing like this we might try to bring him back into the fold in the summer.

The idea of bringing Lingard back in is slightly depressing. But he's a better option in a wide spot than Martial, Greenwood, James. And possibly even Rashford on his recent form.
Totally agree, he's a better option on the left-wing than Rashford..Edfuckingwoodward wrote: ↑3 years ago The idea of bringing Lingard back in is slightly depressing. But he's a better option in a wide spot than Martial, Greenwood, James. And possibly even Rashford on his recent form.

This is well worth a read. It argues City are post striker. Just ignore the ridiculous guardian esque flowery language.

Seriously, anyone watching West Ham v Wolves? Lingard has been sensational in the first half.

Yeah he was great, was involved in all of West Ham's goals. Shame we couldn't get those performances out of him.Edfuckingwoodward wrote: ↑3 years ago Seriously, anyone watching West Ham v Wolves? Lingard has been sensational in the first half.
