Ridiculous situation to disallow the pen v City ,how does the ref know its a double touch ,he couldnt be certain that Mahrez didnt kick the ball simultaneously both feet.Also there were players from both sides encroaching when the pen was taken ,which should have resulted in a retake.
And how pathetic was it to see Pep drop down to level of a claiming a technicality to get the pen disallowed ,sorry sight.
Then Fernando what ever hes called elbows the Albrighton in the mush and they claim it was an accident, ,like it was when he did exactly the same in the derby.
