Compare this to Jose's bullshit lies, we deserved the win, it wasn't fair..........

Talking Sky Sports recently, Pochettino revealed that the performance of his side wasn't as good as the people thought it to be. He said: "Our performance wasn't great like the perception was, that's why it's important to assess, and our responsibility as coaches is to show the players and to see the reality.

"After 3-0 at Old Trafford it's easy to praise everyone but the most important thing is to be clever and assess the game and see what is going on with the team. It's so important to be consistent and we need to improve a lot of things to be a real contender.

"A dream is a dream but it's important to be realistic and improve to be a real contender. It's only three games, of course it's important to win, but we need to be consistent."

....Stay classy Jose! MUGA!

The main difference to Pochettino isn’t all this acting out in the press though, it’s the on field dross. Spurs still let games get away from them at times and we rattled them the other night with the early aggression but it was obvious that their players had a clue after about half an hour.

Maybe some of you lot are right and Pogba/Lukaku/Martial aren’t all that but there’s no doubt Poch would get a tune out of them, even if we’d maybe come unstuck against WC opposition.

...Fuck me, it shows how low the bar is when we’re happy with a half baked performance and desperate for a manager who conducts himself like a normal human being. Gonna be a long old season if Jose stays.

Mourinho one of the greatest managers in the world? Time for Jose to shut up and prove it http://www.goal.com/en-sa/news/mourinho ... cwyyjzrubw

We finished 24 points off top in season one and 19 points in season 2

Can he still do it?

He still seems to have the support of the away fans:

Top Reds will support the manager into division 3 tbf. They've been conditioned to support the manager no matter what by Fergie, and this myth that United don't sack managers.

But that's twice Jose's targetted the fans. He's trying to build some support and momentum, after lying about them booing Lukaku last season to deflect from his own shitness. It will all go to shit if he continues to park the bus against shite teams though.

Jose isn't stupid. He knows he's vulnerable, and he knows how influential the fans inside the ground are. He also knows that as the face of the club he has more opportunity to connect to fans than the board members.

He's clearly started a 'we're all United aren't we' kind of campaign.

Coupled with that, he surely is well aware that the fans hated Woodward long before he arrived... today's fly past was hardly necessary in making that clear.

Agree with all the above! He’s playing a good game to get the fans to support him! A lot of support from the away supporters. Fair fucks to them too, a lot of time and money goes into it!

So is this the start of the siege mentality thing? We get the whiny, everything is unfair thing and now the fans are amazing, the football is beautiful and he's heartbroken Martial didn't play.
