I'm curious to know what's going on with Valdes. Apparently he publicly stated this morning that he has no intention of leaving the club, so it seems odd that he wouldn't join the tour, unless he's injured. Slightly surprised there's no Rafael either. I know van Gaal doesn't seem to fancy him, but you'd think maybe he'd have offered Rafael the tour as a last chance to prove his worth.
