Re: Will the Glazers sell?
This is a billionaire who pushed for Brexit, then after it happened, relocated to Monte Carlo for tax purposes. Anyone expecting him to be anything other than a nakedly greedy scumbag is deluding themselves.

Re: Will the Glazers sell?
The club is likely to be paralyzed by power struggles between the Glazers, Ratcliffe, and their proxies. Shittest outcome from a supporters’ perspective. He couldn’t afford to buy it, they couldn’t afford to keep running it themselves, so we get this. No debt reduction, no meaningful investment.

Re: V West Ham
There's a definite half arsedness about the players now. 13 defeats in all comps. It's not just that though, it's the Ratcliffe takeover that's hanging over the club. The fact the club is about to change direction. They won't feel part of a project cos no one knows what the project is. And some of ...

Re: Will the Glazers sell?
We’ve been saying it for so long. You simply can’t judge our managers on transfers. How much better do Mount and Antony in particular look if they were just squaddies bought for £30-40m? I fear the same might’ve been true with Hojlund. You can criticise Hag for plenty of things but he’s not dense w...

Re: Will the Glazers sell?
I don’t have access to the whole thing, but going on the highlights people are referring to on twitter, it sounds like the article basically confirms in detail all of our suspicions about the incompetence and dysfunction at the upper levels of the club. Puts all of our managers in a better light.

Re: Will the Glazers sell?
I can't see a world where the premier league and a super league co-exist - not just cos of the money (both want it for themselves) but the logistics of running both side by side. There's just too many games, it's not feasible. You're looking at two leagues side by side plus various domestic cups an...

Re: Will the Glazers sell?
I think one way or another, big changes are coming to football (at the richer end of the club spectrum). There’s been a power struggle between the clubs, UEFA, and FIFA. But FIFA and UEFA have also been fighting one another for power, with FIFA’s newly announced club World Cup thing an effort to hij...

Re: Will the Glazers sell?
So as mentioned the other month FIFA are turning the club workd cup into the literal world cup for clubs. It's a month long summer tournament starting 2025 and involves 32 teams. Too much football. It will just lower the quality of play. More money to the biggest clubs, basically the equivalent of ...

Short plane ride for super wealthy athletes. Schweini was apparently never in Manchester when he supposedly played for us.
